Villa Las Palmeras is a gorgeous five-level, 12 bedroom Puerto Vallarta Villa with spectacular views of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta from everywhere among the 18,000 square feet of this ideal vacation villa. This vacation rental comes complete with 300 degree peak-point views, large pool, air conditioning, CD sound system, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, Cantera stone flooring, white marble showers, and a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen. The rooftop palapa bar terrace gives you an ample 25 X 45 terrace for weddings, receptions, or your family's reunion or special event.
The Villa is tucked away in the hillside among lush surroundings, yet only minutes away from Restaurant Row and nearby beaches. The Villa is a five minute walk to the best of Puerto Vallarta, the "Romantic Zone", where restaurants, clubs, outdoor cafes, and cobblestone streets welcome you.
The bedrooms were designed so that every bedroom, while fully private, has an open-air panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas. Seven of the eleven bedrooms can be closed off with sliding glass doors and come with air-conditioning. Every bedroom comes with old-fashioned armoires, plenty of space, ceiling fans, and bathrooms.

The kitchen is all marble, fully equipped with Nordic air refrigerator-freezers, three ovens, stainless steel grills, and even an outside marble barbeque. Guests can eat right at the table for casual lunches or late night chats, and is readily accessible to the pool. The living area is open and spacious, lending itself nicely for entertainment as well as family-style gatherings.
This Puerto Vallarta villa rental comes with houseman, daily maid service, and a cook on the premises, available at your request. It also has a large basketball court and 15 car parking (good for reunions and family functions of all kinds). Plus $500.00 refundable security deposit. During Christmas season, there is a eleven bedroom minimum, for a minimum of seven nights. Cook is available for $70.00 a meal (plus food on an "at cost" basis). Prices subject to change without notice.
Villa Las Palmeras has 12 bedrooms, five levels, 18,000 square feet, and can accommodate up to 34 people. An adjoining villa can be added which can provide space for groups up to 50. Villa Katalina can sleep 16 comfortably. It is right next door, and has 8 bedrooms, wonderful views, 6,000 square feet, pool, air-conditioning, daily maid service, houseman, and a cook upon request. If renting both villas, your group has access to 20 bedrooms, and can be the perfect place for large weddings, family reunions, and corporate retreats.
